Is the roof and property inspection complimentary?+
Yes. Request a complimentary roof inspection with RYSE Exteriors. We will confirm your address, discuss your concerns, and arrange a time with you. Requesting an inspection does not commit you to a roof replacement.
Does hail always mean I need a new roof?+
No. Roof condition, materials, the location and extent of damage, and repair options all matter. An inspection helps separate visible concerns from assumptions.
Can you help with an insurance restoration project?+
We can document observed damage, prepare a construction estimate, and discuss the proposed work. Your insurer determines coverage and claim payment under your policy; an inspection does not guarantee approval.
How long does a roof replacement take?+
Timing depends on roof size, pitch, material availability, weather, and the scope of work. We discuss the planned schedule before construction and communicate when conditions change.
What areas do you serve?+
RYSE Exteriors serves homeowners throughout Dallas–Fort Worth, including Garland, Sachse, Wylie, Rowlett, Rockwall, Plano, and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm availability for your address.
What should I do if my roof is leaking?+
Stay clear of wet electrical fixtures and unsafe ceilings. From a safe location, photograph what you see and contact us to discuss an inspection. Do not climb onto a wet or damaged roof.
What will my new roof cost?+
Pricing depends on measurements, materials, roof complexity, ventilation, and the repair or replacement scope. We provide a project-specific estimate after reviewing the property.
What warranty comes with the work?+
Ask for the written workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms for your specific project before signing. Coverage, exclusions, and eligibility depend on the agreed scope and selected products.

Extra protection where water finds a way.
Self-adhered membranes protect specified vulnerable locations such as valleys and roof transitions. We identify the required coverage and compatible products in your roof scope.

Synthetic underlayment covers the prepared deck. Laps, fasteners, and integration with the other layers follow the chosen product’s installation requirements.

Clean edges. Thoughtful water control.
Drip edge provides a defined roof edge and helps direct water toward the gutter. Wall and valley flashing must be integrated with the underlayment and roof covering.
Eaves · rakes · flashing transitions

Small openings deserve serious attention.
A pipe jack or boot seals around a roof penetration and integrates with the surrounding shingles. We review existing penetrations, select compatible flashing, and include agreed replacement details in the scope.
